This is what you’ll do at Sparring 

• You will support our clients mainly with M&A, investments, corporate structures, deal negotiations, strategic & investment advisory, commercial contracts, and data protection.
• You can take part in developing our world-class legaltech solutions, such as Trama, Playbook or Verdikto, or helping us with scaling by way of sales, education or marketing.

What are we looking for?

• Like-minded professional to join our team
• Czech-qualified Attorney at Law with interest in innovation, technology and startups
• Work experience in the M&A / Corporate / Contract / IP / Health / Privacy in CZ or CEE
• Excellent knowledge of Czech law
• Startup mentality and strong will to push for the best
• Strong communication skills and a proactive and professional approach
• Fast learner who is comfortable leading and being part of team projects
• Fluent English in speaking and writing (C1 level) with knowledge of legal English
