Attorney - Košice, Slovakia

We are looking for an  Attorney for our Legal Team. The position is suitable for a senior lawyer with legal practice experience of at least 6 years (minimum three years practicing as an Attorney). Specialization and expertise in certain specific area or regulatory field  is more than welcomed.

🟢 Requirements:

·      University degree - Slovak Faculty of Law;

·      minimum 6-year experience in legal area focusing on civil and commercial legal area (minimum three years practicing as an Attorney);

·      Managing and mentoring other lawyers and/or associates;

·      Excellent knowledge of Slovak and English (including professional terminology and ability to draft the legal documents in English);

·      Good PC skills.

🟢 Your future role:

·      Day to day advisory on clients’ issues primarily in the areas of your relevant expertise;

·      Legal advisory, preparation of legal statements, commenting on and assessing legal documents, potentially representing the clients in front of the courts and in administrative proceedings;

·      Contractual agenda;

·      Structuring, implementation and participation in complex projects and transactions including due diligence processes;

·      Responsibility for entrusted tasks and projects and leading junior colleagues;

·      Identifying new opportunities, active business development and building relationships with professionals and clients;

·      Building the law firm’s profile, eminence and developing close working relationships both internally and externally.
