In-house Lawyer

- Drafting and reviewing contracts (logistic and transport agreements, purchase agreement, lease contracts, NDA, LOI etc.)
- Participation in contract negotiations with both customers and suppliers(across multiple jurisdictions)
- Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders for addressing contractual requirements/queries
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters by assessing the risk and proposing appropriate mitigations
- Ensuring consistency in commercial contracts throughout the region
- Track laws and regulations that are relevant to the company’s business and policies
