On the day-to-day, you’ll:
- work on legal advice to tech startups on international transactions
- draft and review documents tailored to our clients' business needs
- help with advice in the area of venture capital financing
- draft and review financing documents
- take part in transaction project management
- help with corporate housekeeping, intra-group relations and other corporate needs of our clients
- do legal research on transactions, financing, corporate and regulatory agenda (like securities and collective investment)
